Detailed Solution

The Ninety-Five Theses, written by Martin Luther, led to the beginning of the Protestant Reformation.
Not everyone favoured the printed book; many were worried about the psychological repercussions that may occur due to more access to the written word. In Ninety-Five Theses, Martin Luther, a Christian reformer, criticised many Roman Catholic traditions and rites, published in 1517. In Wittenberg, a printed version of this was nailed to a church door. Luther's books were instantly extensively read and copied in large quantities. As a result, there was disagreement within the Church, which marked the start of the Protestant Reformation.
