Detailed Solution

The Non-Cooperation movement was adopted in the Nagpur session of Congress in December 1920. Mahatma Gandhi persuaded the British government to give India the right to self-government, or Swaraj. It was Mahatma Gandhi’s first large-scale act. The Non-cooperation movement boycotted British goods and used Indian products, surrendering the titles, honours, and honorary posts the colonial government gave back to them. It also included giving up the jobs provided by the colonial government, taking the enrollment back from the British schools and institutions, not taking the help of the lawyers, etc.
