Detailed Solution

The northern plain consists of alluvial deposits.
The three-stream frameworks shape the Northern Plains: the Indus, the Ganga and the Brahmaputra. These fields are shaped by alluvial soil and spread over an area of 7 lakh sq km. These fields are exceptionally populated. These fields are exceptionally useful horticulturally due to the fruitful soil, sufficient water supply, territory and great climatic circumstances. Alluvium was saved in the lower regions of the Himalayas for a long period. These stores are present in the rich Northern Plains. Hence, the correct option is the Alluvial Deposit which contributed to the formation of the northern plain. They are very fine rocks and soils from rivers and are deposited in the river basins. They make the land fertile for cultivation.
