The points x,y which satisfies the condition. 4x4,4y4

The possible x coordinates are -4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4 and similarly the possible y coordinates are -4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4

There are 81 points are there which lies on the circle or inside the circle

The points which lies on the circle are 

(±4,±4),(±4,±3) and (±3,±4), 12 points
