Concept- First, remember the definitions of prime  and composite numbers, and all the numbers that fall into those categories. Then select the numbers that occur in both categories from the options as numbers that are neither prime nor compound.
Now you need to find a number that is neither odd nor even among the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3.  Before continuing this question, let's take a look at the meaning of prime  and composite numbers. Prime: A prime is a positive integer with a divisor of 1 and is the integer itself. For example, the factors of 8 are 1, 2, 4, and 8, for a total of four factors. However, the factor of 7 is 1, and 7 is a total of 2.
So, 7 is a prime number, but 8 is not. The minimum prime number is 2. A prime number can be said to be a number divisible by 1, or the number itself. Examples of prime numbers are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, and so on.
Composite number: Composite number is a positive integer with coefficients other than 1 and the number itself. Composite numbers are the exact opposite  of prime numbers. That is, non-prime numbers are composite numbers. The minimum composite number is 4. Examples of composite numbers are 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18. Next, let's look at the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3. Both are prime numbers, as die numbers 2 and 3 are only divisible  by 1 and itself. Currently, numbers 0 and 1 are not considered  prime or compound. This is because the only factor they have is itself. As we have already seen, prime numbers have only two divisors, one and itself. Composite numbers have two or more divisors. 0s and 1s do not follow any of these rules because they have only one factor.
Hence, the correct answer is options (1) and (2) .
