Pauli’s Exclusion Principle :

It states that a maximum of two electrons can be accommodated in an orbital and they must have opposite spin. 

 Hund’s rule : 

It is the pairing of electrons in orbitals (p, d, and f) take place after each subshell gets one electron each. Also, all singly occupied orbitals will have parallel spin.

 So, in the case of the diagram Both Pauli's exclusion principle and Hund's rule violate because in 2p subshell electron starts pairing before filling each orbital  and the spin is  in the same direction
