Pancreas is a composite (mixed or heterocrine) gland which acts as both exocrine and endocrine gland. The exocrine portion secretes an alkaline pancreatic juice containing enzymes and the endocrine portion secretes hormones, insulin and glucagon.

Apocrine glands form buds of the membrane which break off into the duct, losing part of the cellular membrane in the process of releasing the secretion.

Endocrine glands do not have ducts.
