Detailed Solution

The part lying between Tista and Dihang rivers is the Assam Himalayas. The Assam Himalayan regions are split based on rivers, and the mountain range that falls between the Tista and Bhramputra (Dhingra) rivers is known as the Assam Himalayas. The Assam Himalayas were distributed over three states: Sikkim, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh. Assam is a state in northern India. The Assam Himalayas are much lower in elevation than the Nepal Himalayas, and the smaller Himalayas are relatively thin here, being closest to the Great Himalayas. Another significant feature is that it has two mountain ranges, the Shiwaliks and Purvanchal. Shiwalik, often known as the outside Himalayas, has the mountain ranges Dafla, Miri, Abor, and Mishmi. Purvanchal is a mountain range in the Assam Himalayas that runs north to south.
