breadth.

The perimeter of a rectangle=54 cm

The length of the rectangle=12 cm

We also know that the perimeter of a figure= Sum of all the sides of the figure

So, the perimeter of the rectangle=Sum of lengths and breadths

=2(length+breadth)

On putting the values, we get

54=2(12+breadth)

54/2=12+breadth

27-12=breadth

Breadth=15cm
