The perimeter of a square whose area is 64 sq. unit is 32 m.
It is given that area of a square is 64 square units.
Given area of the square is 64 m 2  ,
Area of the square = side ×side Perimeter of the square = 4 ×side  
On putting the values in the formula we get,
Area = side × side = 64 m 2 side 2 = 64 side =  64 side = 8  
Perimeter = 4 ×side Perimeter = 4× 8 Perimeter = 32m
