Concept-  first we have to  add the number of new births to the total population of the year and then we have to subtract the total number of people who died or left town during the year.
Given,
Population of the town =59000
In one year it increased by =4536
Person died of left the town during the year =9218
Then,
Population at the end = population + birth - left
=59000+4536-9218
=63536-9218
=54318
Hence, the correct answer is option 2.
