Detailed Solution

Concept- In order to solve the given question we will use the basic mathematics to get the required answer.
Here,
1 dozen banana price= Rs. 30
12 dozen banana price= Rs. 30×12= Rs. 360
Now,
Aditya has Rs 360 with him to buy
Then,
if price increased by Rs. 1p
new price of 1 dozen banana= Rs. 40
total money aditya has= Rs. 360
Therefore,
number of dozen he buy=total money price of 1 dozen
=360 which was divided by 40=9
So, Aditya can buy 9 dozen of banana with money he has.
Hence, the correct answer is option 1) 9
