Detailed Solution

The process of producing wool includes Shearing, Scouring, Grading or sorting, Dyeing, Drying and making the yarns. Shearing is removing the fleece from the sheep through a manual razor or blade. The next step is to wash it properly to clean it and remove dust and dirt and then they are graded and sorted according to their colour, texture, length, etc. Then they are dyed in different colours and dried up by putting them into rollers to remove water and then they are straightened, combed and rolled into yarns.
