The product of the digits of a two-digit number is 24. 

Therefore, the numbers are 3,8 or 4,6 or 6,4 or 8,3. 

Among these numbers, 38 is the only number whose ones place digit is 5 more than the tens place digit. 

∴ Sum of digits of 38 = 3 + 8 = 11
