Detailed Solution

The Qutub Minar, a towering 73-metre-high tower, was started by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak in 1193. Around 1193, he began building the first story of the Qutub Minar, which was completed later by Iltutmish. An exquisite example of Indo-Islamic Afghan architecture is the conical tower. It was founded by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak and named after the Delhi Sufi saint Qutub-ud-din Bakhtiyar Kaki, who was highly revered. It is one of India's most well-known tourist destinations and is on the travel itineraries of all first-time visitors to Delhi. Qutb ud-Din Aibak, the founder of the Mamluk Dynasty in Delhi, began building this tower of victory, and his successor and son-in-law, Iltutmish, finished it. Hence the answer is 1193.
