According to the question,
Area of circle is π r 2  .
Let the radius of required field is r.
Area of required field = area of field with 13m radius – area of field with 5m radius
π r 2 =π 13 2 π 5 2  
r 2 =16925  
r 2 =144  
r=12  
Therefore, the radius is 12 m.
