Net heat supplied to the system = Net heat removed from the system.

Therefore 2+4+3+2 =1+E+1       E = 9 J/s

Since each arm of the square has the same thermal resistance ,heat flowing from A to C is 1J/s.The same quantity of heat is removed from the system through junction C . Hence heat flowing from C to F is zero .
