CSATSA=12
CSA=TSA2
=6162
=308 sq cm
We know that the curved surface area of a cylinder is 2πrh=308.
rh=3082π
rh = 49
r=49h………(1)
We know that the total surface area of a cylinder is 2Πr(r+h)=616.
r(r+h)=6162π
r(r+h)=98……….(2)
substitute (1) in (2).
49h(49h+h)=98
2401h2+49=98
2401h2=49
h2=240149
h=49=7 cm
So, the height is 7 cm.
Hence, the correct answer is 7 cm.
