The Purna Swaraj declaration was adopted at the Lahore session of Congress on December 19, 1929. Then Purna Swaraj Diwas was announced on January 26, 1930. It was resolved during this meeting that the Round Table Conference would be boycotted and that civil disobedience would be initiated.
