Detailed Solution

The Right to Constitutional Remedies and the idea of Judicial Review are both interconnected. The Right to Constitutional Remedies allows an Indian citizen to petition the court if he believes the State has violated any of his or her Fundamental Rights. As the final interpreter of the Constitution, the judiciary has the authority to review or even overturn any law passed by Parliament if it believes that it violates the basic structure of the Constitution, a process known as judicial review. In this way, we can see how the Fundamental Rights' Right to Constitutional Remedies is directly related to and supported by the concept of judicial review. A judicial review implies that legislative or executive action is invalid if it is found to violate Fundamental Rights. As a result, the Right to Constitutional Remedies and judicial review are inextricably linked because the latter is used when the State violates a Fundamental Right.
