Detailed Solution

The right to seek the enforcement of all the fundamental rights is called the right to constitutional remedies.
Article 32, Right to Constitutional Remedies, provides a guaranteed remedy, in the form of a fundamental right, for enforcing all the other fundamental rights. The Constitution designated the Supreme Court as the protector of these rights. It is empowered to issue writs, namely habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, certiorari, and quo warranto, to enforce the Fundamental Rights. The Father of our Constitution, Dr B. R. Ambedkar, referred to the Right to Constitutional Remedies as the "heart and soul" of the Indian Constitution.
