It is given roots of a quadratic equation.
An equation of the form a x 2 +bx+c=0,a0 is called quadratic equation in one variable x, where a, b, c are constants. If α is the root of the quadratic equation then a α 2 +bα+c=0. Similarly, for a quadratic polynomial P x =a x 2 +bx+c , if α is the zeros of the polynomial then P(α)=0 and we get a α 2 +bα+c=0.
