Generally, it works under the supervision of Gram sabha. Zila Parishad - Here, all the panchayat Samiti in a district forge a Zila Parishad. Panchayat Samiti - A panchayat Samiti is initiated by gathering groups of gram panchayats, and the members get elected by the members of panchayats in that area.
