Given the runs scored in a cricket match by 11 players.
Arranging the runs in increasing order, we have,
6, 8, 10, 10, 15, 15, 15, 50, 80, 100, 120.
Now, Mean = sum of the terms number of terms  .
= 6+8+10+10+15+15+15+50+80+100+120 11 = 429 11 =39  
Mean = 39
Mode is the number which is present most number of times in a given data.
In this data, 15 is present 4 times.
Hence, mode is 15.
Now, for median:
Number of observations (n) = 11
Median = n+1 2 th   observation.
= 11+1 2 th  observation
= 12 2 th = 6 th observation   Hence, median=15.
Therefore, option 2 is correct.
