Given that the salaries of $A,B,C$ are in the ratio $2:3:5$

Suppose that the existing salaries are $2x,3x,5x$

If the incriments of $15\%,10\%,20\%$ are allowed, then their new salaries are 

$2x+2x\left(\frac{15}{100}\right),3x+3x\left(\frac{10}{100}\right),5x+5x\left(\frac{20}{100}\right)$

These can be simplify as 

$2x\left(\frac{115}{100}\right),3x\left(\frac{110}{100}\right),5x\left(\frac{120}{100}\right)$

The ratios of the above salaries is $2x\left(\frac{115}{100}\right):3x\left(\frac{110}{100}\right):5x\left(\frac{120}{100}\right)$
