Detailed Solution

The satyagraha in 1918 at Ahmedabad organised for cotton mill workers.
In 1918, Gandhiji used Satyagraha to unite the cotton mill workers in Ahmedabad to secure their rights. Satyagraha was launched in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat in 1918. This was all about the people of Ahmedabad who suffered from famine and plague (epidemic) and could not pay the revenues because of the epidemic. Then with the help of Gandhiji, this Satyagraha was launched to increase the salary of mill workers.
