Detailed Solution

The separately marked areas in the German concentration camp were known as Ghettos.
Ghettos were the abode of the Jews as they were considered an inferior and undesirable race in Germany. They were forced to live in separate marked areas. The concentration camp was where people were isolated and detained without due process of law. The camp was surrounded by electrified barbed wire fences. This camp was constructed in Germany by order of Hitler. The policy of ghettoisation was a temporary solution to the issue of Jews after the German invasion of Poland. However, the condition of these ghettos was miserable, and many died there due to starvation, poor sanitation and diseases.
