The side of a square is 5cm. The area increases by 4 times, if the side of the square is doubled.
Given that length of the square = 5 cm
Area of a square = side

= 25 sq.cm
Area of the square of the length 5 cm is 25 sq.cm - (1)
According to the given condition,
i.e. if the side of the square is doubled = 2

Then,
Area of a square = side
