Consider 52+122=25+144.
52+122=169
52+122=132

Area of the triangle =12×12×5 sq. units.
Area of the triangle = 30 sq. units
Area of a rectangle is length×breadth.
Area of the rectangle = Area of the triangle..

 Length=30breadth .
Length =3010
Length = 3 units
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length + breadth).
Perimeter of the rectangle =2×(10+3) units
