The Spinning jenny was invented in 1764/1765. Spinning Jenny was a multi-spinning machine and was one of the key developments in the industrialization of textile manufacturing during the early Industrial Revolution. Since one worker can process more than eight bobbins at a time, this device reduces the labour required to manufacture the fabric. As technology progressed, that number increased to 120. Until Richard Arkwright invented the water frame, Jenny's yarn wasn't that strong. Spinning Jenny helped launch the cotton mill system at a fledged pace.
