Considering the above circle with radius R cm
Given is that ,

Circumference + Diameter = 145 cm

2 πR + 2 r = 145

2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times R + 2 R = 145

R (\frac{44}{7} + 2) = 145

R (\frac{44 + 14}{7}) = 145

R = 145 (\frac{7}{58})

R = 17.5 cm

Therefore,

Diameter = 2 R = 2 \times 17.5 = 35 cm
