The sum of the roots is 3 and the product of the root is 2 . We have two
zero of the equation α and β.
sum of the roots = 3
α + β = 3   …(1)
And, Product of the roots = –2
αβ = 2   …(2)
General Equation – x2 + (α + β)x + αβ = 0
Therefore x2 + 3x + 2 = 0   [from eq (1) & (2)]
