Detailed Solution

The surface of the Qutb Minar is Angular and Curved.
The Qutb Minar is one of the most famous monuments in India. There are five stories in the Qutb Minar. Under its first balcony is where one can view the band of inscriptions. The Minar's surface has an angular and curved shape. It took remarkable accuracy to inscribe something on such a surface. The most talented craftsperson could only complete this task.
Around 1229, Qutbuddin Aibak built the first level, and Iltutmish built the rest. Over the years, it was wrecked by lightning and earthquakes, and it was rebuilt by Alauddin Khalji, Muhammad Tughluq, Firuz Shah Tughluq, and Ibrahim Lodi.
