Detailed Solution

The Tawa Matsya Sangh is a federation of fish-workers co-operatives in Madhya Pradesh.
A federation of fish workers' co-operatives is called Tawa Matsya Sangh. It is a group that defends the rights of displaced forest inhabitants in the Satpura forest of Madhya Pradesh. After the Tawa dam on the River Tawa was constructed, Tawa Matsya Sangh was established near it. The Chhindwara District of Madhya Pradesh's Mahadeo Hills is the source of the Tawa River. The river and the Narmada combine in Hoshangabad. Large tracts of forest land were drowned during the dam's construction. The woodland people were uprooted and sent to other places. Some of them made their homes close to the dam, where they fished and farmed small pieces of land.
