Hardy-Weinberg principle says that allele frequencies in a population are stable and is constant from generation to generation in a large randomly mating population. The five factors are known to affect Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. are 

1. Gene migration or gene flow
2. Genetic drift
3. Mutation
4. Genetic recombination and 
5. Natural selection.
