Detailed Solution

The third volume of Akbar Nama is known as Ain-i-Akbari. Abul Fazl wrote the three-volume history of Akbar Nama. The first volume covered Akbar's family tree and forebears, while the second volume focused on certain occasions that happened during Akbar's rule. The third volume, Ain-i Akbari, elaborates on Akbar's rule and is replete with statistical information. There were several subas that made up the empire. Subadars, who was in charge of carrying out political and military tasks, ruled the subas. A diwan was present in every suba. The bakshi, or military paymaster, and the sadr, who was in charge of charitable and religious patronage, were responsible for maintaining peace and order in every suba. Other officers, including faujdars, or military commanders, and kotwal, the head of the local police, offered the subadar their support as well.
