The time period of a simple pendulum is given as,  $T = 2\pi \sqrt{\frac{l}{g}}$
It depends upon the length of the pendulum (l) and acceleration due to gravity (g). 

Gravity depends on the radius of the earth, so the time period depends on the radius of the earth. 

From the above equation, we can conclude that the time period doesn't depend upon the material of the bob.
