The Treaty of Constantinople recognized Greece as an independent state in 1832. Because the Treaty of Constantinople was ratified by great powers (Britain, France, and Russia). Many nationalists were inspired by the ideals of liberal nationalism. They raised war against the Ottoman Empire to establish their nation-state (Greece). It spoils the border between Greece and the Ottoman Empire. It ended the struggle of the Greek war of independence and established modern Greece. It became a free state from the Ottoman empire.
