Distance covered using 34 liters of diesel =510  km.
Let the distance covered using 20 liters of diesel be x km.
Then,

Quantity of diesel (in liters)

We can clearly observe that, less the quantity of diesel less will be the distance covered. Therefore, this is the case of direct proportion.
As this is a case of direct proportion, therefore the ratio will remain constant throughout the table that is,
34 510 = 20 x   Cross multiplying,
  34×x=20×510   Solving for x,
34x=10200 x= 10200 34 x=300   Hence, the distance covered in 20 liters of diesel is 300 km.
Therefore, option 2 is correct.
