Ubiquinone ,is a mobile electron carrier located within the inner membrane of mitochondria.It receives  reducing equivalents from complex I - NADH Dehydrogenase and  also  via FADH2 (complex II).

 Cytochrome C is a  small carrier protein attached to outer surface of inner mitochondrial membrane, it receive electrons from complex III and transfers them to complex IV .
