The nation may be full of diversity. These diversities may be in religion, race, occupation, class, etc. Such diversities may come from discrimination based on the attitude of the people residing in the nation. For instance, the USA faced two severe societal issues that drew international criticism. One of them was racial discrimination. This meant that white people were preferred over blacks. The blacks belonged to the African-American community that settled in the country. The other discrimination is somewhat related to the first one. Since the blacks were discriminated against due to their skin colour, they could not secure a good job, further depriving them of their essential needs.
