Detailed Solution

The United States of America had bailed out Germany from the hyperinflation situation.
The hyperinflation problem appeared in Germany because the country had mainly fought the First World War on loans. According to the Treaty of Versailles, Germany had to pay compensation to the Allied Powers. In addition, France occupied its industrial region rich with coal deposits, Ruhr. Germany retaliated against all these consequences and printed money recklessly and creating the situation of hyperinflation. Hyperinflation is a situation when prices rise exceptionally high. However, America tried to help Germany from this crisis by introducing Dawes Plan in 1924. Though the plan was initially a great success, it was attacked by Hitler, claiming that the plan could not reduce the compensation imposed on Germany.
