$(i) From the given curve, we have Voltage, V = 0.5 V for current of 10 mA Co, for 5 mA, V = \frac{0.5}{10} \times 5 = 0.25 V ∴ Resistance, R = \frac{V}{I} = \frac{0.25}{5 \times 10^{- 3}} = 50 Ω (ii) For V = - 20 V, we have I = - 1 μA = - 1 \times 10^{- 6} A \Rightarrow R = \frac{20}{1 \times 10^{- 6}} = 20 \times 10^{7} Ω$
