The weight of carbon which contains the same number of atoms as those present in 15 g of oxygen is 11.25 g.
The molecular weight of O2 = 32 g
Moles in 15g of oxygen =  1532
As we know, 1 molecule of oxygen contains 2 oxygen atoms.
So, Several atoms in 1532 moles of oxygen = 12 g of carbon are equal to 1 atom.
So, the weight of 2 × 1532 atoms = 12 × 2 × 1532
                                                        =11.25g
So, weight of carbon a that contains equal number of atoms as present in 15 g of oxygen is 11.25g.
