$α + 2 β = π / 2$ and $\tan g a = \frac{V}{V_{1}}$
$\tan α = \tan (\frac{π}{2} - 2 β_{1}) = \cot 2 β_{1}$ $\frac{V}{V_{1}} = \cot 2 β_{1}$

For other equation $\frac{V}{V_{2}} = \cot 2 β_{2}$ $\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}} = \frac{\cot 30 °}{\cot 60 °}$
