Concept- In order to solve the given question first we will find the difference in time between both clocks in 1 hour and then use the unitary method to calculate the difference between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, i.e. 13 hours.
Here, after each hour,
The time difference will widen by two minutes.
Then,
at 10:00p.m ., hours passed=13 
Therefore,
difference will be=13×2
=26 minutes.
Hence, the correct answer is option 4.
