                 Radius of first cylinder =d2=602=30 cm
                 Height of first cylinder =30 cm
                 Radius of second cylinder =30 cm
                 Height of second cylinder =60 cm
Volume of first cylinder (V1)
V1=πr2h
V1=π(30)2(30)          (R=30 cm, h=30 cm)
V1=27000π    —(|)
Volume of second cylinder (V2)
V2=πr2h
V2=π(30)2(60)
V2=27000π    —(||)
As we know that two cylinders are melted to made a one new cylinder. So, we add both the volumes from (|) and (||)
V1+V2=27000π+54000π
V1+V2=81000π      —(|||)
Now, Volume of third cylinder (V3)
V3=πr2h
From eq (|||) and (IV)
πr2h=81000π
πr2(10)=81000π
r2=81000π10πr2
r2=8100 cm
r=90 cm
As we know, D=2r                          =(2×90) cm
