The area of field covered by roads is,
x=Ar. KLMN +Ar. EFGH +Ar. PQRS Ar. TUVI +Ar. WXYZ  
Putting values,
x= KL×LM + EF×FG + PQ×QR TU×UI + WZ×ZY x= 32×2 + 32×2 + 94×2 2×2 + 2×2  
x=64+64+188 4+4  
x=3168  
x=308 m 2  
Therefore, the area of field covered by roads is 308 m 2  .
