Let the direction ratios of the first and third 

lines be 0,m1,n1 and l2,m2,n2

Direction ratios of second line are 1, 2 -1. 

Since lines are  perpendicular, 

2m1n1=0,l2+2m2n2=0

On solving, we get 

l10=m11=n12 and l25=m22=n21

Hence, equation of the required line are given by 

x15=y22=z+11=λ

For λ=1 and λ=1, we get (a) and (c)
