Here, R1, R2, and R3 are resistors connected in parallel.
For the parallel arrangement of resistor equivalent resistance is
 1R = 1R1  + 1R2 + 1R3
  13 = 110 + 130 + 1R3
  13 = 3+130 + 1R3
 13 = 430 + 1R3
  1R3=13-430
  1R3=10- 430
  1R3=630
